However the work/evidence based NVQ offered by MSC Training Ltd and the amazing support and friendly encouragement I have received from my Assessor Kay, have been outstanding. She offers constructive advice and thorough feedback on all work submitted, and has made studying an enjoyable and relaxed experience for me. When personal circumstances meant I had to take some time out from the course, she was extremely understanding and supportive and never put me under any pressure until I was ready to continue at my own pace. Kay has been there for me, and has become more than just my Assessor, she has not only supported me, encouraged me with my course work, in person, email or on the phone, but she has become a good friend.
